is endorsed by the award of the only Corgi, UKAS-accredited certificate
in Staffordshire. This accredited scheme gives extra assurances
to customers since it allows for greater quality checks on work,
but also has added benefits, including warranted domestic work and
public liability insurance, Keith Chambers, of Corgi Certification,

As well as the legal requirements of Corgi registration for the
work itself, Town and Country Gas has put in place systems and procedures
which all contribute to safety and excellence within the gas industry."
CORGI Certification scheme assesses an organisations management
systems for safe gas work, public liability insurance of at least
£2 million, a warranty scheme for domestic work, a clear organisational
structure, a dedicated complaints policy and procedure and procurement
systems for appliance spare parts.
This scheme is a strict UKAS accredited management and monitoring
standard and meets European (BS EN45011) requirements.
This award was achieved in July 2003 and is the only company in
Staffordshire and Cheshire to hold this award, and one of a handful
of companies nationally.
Town and Country Gas is achieving significant customer growth of
its 5 Star Central Heating Maintenance Contract holders as new customers
